Plans and limits

What each plan includes, how many stores it covers, and what happens when a plan ends.

Before billing opens

Billing isn't open yet. You can build and preview a store now on the free plan; the paid plans open when checkout does.

Free: $0. 1 store to build and preview, 25 credits once. A free store can't go live or take orders.
Starter: $29 a month. 1 store that can go live, and 150 credits a month.
Pro: $79 a month. 3 stores that can go live, and 500 credits a month.
Scale: $199 a month. 10 stores that can go live, and 1,500 credits a month.

Going live and taking orders: Starter and up.
Chat edits: every paid plan.
A/B tests, ad copy for Meta and TikTok, and webhooks and Klaviyo: Pro and Scale.
Priority builds, which start first when others are waiting: Scale.
Team seats: 3 people besides you on Scale, working on all your stores with your plan and credits.

You can cancel any time. The plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for; partial months aren't refunded.
After a plan ends or a payment fails, live stores keep taking orders for 3 days. Then they go back to preview: buyers can't check out, and the store stays in your dashboard.
If you have more live stores than your plan includes, the newest ones go back to preview and the ones that went live first stay live.
There is no setup fee and no charge per store on top of the plan.
Each plan caps how many stores you can have: 1 on Free, 1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, 10 on Scale.
