Refunds
Last updated 2026-10-27
This page covers what store owners buy from Pastefront: plans, credits and domains. Something bought from a store built on Pastefront is refunded by that store, as the last section explains.
Plans
- Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard.
- When you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for, and you aren't charged again. Partial months aren't refunded.
Credits
- When an action fails, the credits it used come back to your balance on their own. You don't need to ask.
- Otherwise credits aren't refunded once they're added, because they can be spent straight away.
- If we refund a payment, the credits it bought are taken back.
Domains
- If a domain you paid for can't be registered, you get the whole payment back on its own.
- Once a domain is registered in your name it's yours for the year, and the payment isn't refunded.
If a charge looks wrong
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount you don't recognise, write to hello@pastefront.com with the date and amount. If the mistake is ours, we refund it. Writing to us first is usually quicker than disputing the charge with your bank.
Things bought from a store
Each store on Pastefront is run by its own seller, who takes the payment in their own Stripe account and handles refunds and returns under the store's returns policy, linked at the bottom of every store page. Pastefront doesn't refund store purchases. If a seller doesn't answer, you can report the store.
Your rights
Nothing here takes away a right you have under the law. The terms are the full agreement.
